ScriptKit is an AI-powered script generation tool designed to help TikTok Shop creators and affiliates produce ad scripts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user inputs including product information, target audience, and creative preferences.
You must sign in via Manus OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
ScriptKit offers a free tier with limited script generations and a paid Pro subscription at $47.00 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Scripts generated by ScriptKit are provided for your use. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. ScriptKit retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology, and any improvements made to the AI models. You grant ScriptKit a non-exclusive license to use anonymized inputs to improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated scripts before publishing or using them. ScriptKit does not guarantee that generated content complies with TikTok's community guidelines, advertising policies, or any applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable laws or platform policies. You agree not to use the Service for spam, unauthorized advertising, or any activity that could harm ScriptKit or its users. ScriptKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ScriptKit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, account suspensions, or platform policy violations resulting from use of generated scripts.
ScriptKit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
